Home Study Course
Requirements:

Payment is required before course is mailed. If you have any
questions during the study of the course please call or e-mail and I'll be
happy to assist you.

test is included with each course. This test is open book and will
need to be completed and return to me before a continuing education
certification is issued.

After
I review the test your CE certificate, for the appropriate CE hours, will be
mailed US postal service or e-mailed to you. Usually within one week. If you need your
certification immediately, please call me.
