Brenda Kindel, LMT, ACCH, CD, Reiki Master, SRT Practitioner I am an Advanced Certified Clinical Hypnotist with over 350 hours of training earning me a membership in the National Guild of Hypnotists and the National Federation of Hypnotists. I have specialty training in cellular releasing, cell command therapy© and regression hypnosis techniques which will assist my clients in achieving a deeper, more permanent healing process. During my training I earned certifications in addiction recovery; grief, depression and post traumatic stress recovery; abuse and critical illness recovery; physical, energy, mental and stage hypnosis; forensic hypnosis; hypnotic anesthesia; hypnotherapy for children; hypnotic childbirth assistance; and past life regression. Since 1999 I have been a full-time practicing Licensed Massage Therapist. I combine acupressure, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, reflexology and swedish massage in each therapeutic massage session. These sessions are designed to address the therapeutic needs of each client. I have also had extensive training and experience in pregnancy, labor and postpartum massage. I'm also a Massage Therapy Instructor and Continuing Education Instructor approved by the Texas Department of State Health Services licensing authorities. For over 20 years, I have practiced energy bodywork. In 1995, I became a Reiki energy practitioner and I have assisted 100's of people with a wide variety of problems. In 2000 I completed my Reiki Master training and currently hold Reiki training classes for people to learn how to help themselves and others mentally, physically and spiritually with this amazing energy work. I'm also an American Heart Association Instructor for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), offering group or private instruction. My husband and I have over 30 years’ combined training experience. Combined with my experience and knowledge I offer one of the best CPR and First Aid classes in the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area. I received my doula certification through DONA International in 2004. I've attended over 25 births resulting in one c-section. In addition to my excellent doula skills, I bring to your birth in-depth training in labor massage and hypnosis techniques which will assist you in having the birth experience you desire.
