Not only had I been over weight for years but my cholesterol levels totaled 325+ for over three years. I had completed all the hypnosis sessions for weight loss and in October 2009 I decided I was ready. I joined Weight Watchers for support and loss 40 pounds in nine months, reaching my goal weight in June 2010. It is now December 2011 and I am keeping the excess weight off. I feel great and have a lot more energy. My cholesterol levels are down in the 190 range which for me was one of the big benefits from losing the weight.
